We are all loveable and welcome as we are. Compassion is the key. We can be at ease with the awareness of our interconnection and from choosing radical love. We see ourselves afresh when we realise we are part of the natural world around us. If you want to make a positive change and would love support, this could be for you.

A problem can be an opportunity. Often, all that is needed is a simple shift in perspective. When we accept ourselves, each other and appreciate the unbroken within, life can feel like an adventure. Creating intentions and aligning them with action is powerful. Intending on behalf of life greatly amplifies this power.

We will be part of a small group. Each month one of you will have the chance to be in the spotlight. Everyone benefits from each other's attention. We all give to each other and receive from each other. This is inspired by the seemingly miraculous results witnessed by Lynne McTaggart, during her years of research, which she recorded in her book, "The Power of Eight." Here is her interview with Kate Magic, creative director of Raw Living and author of Magic Kitchen.

There will also be music, dancing, singing, laughing, crying, and almost certainly some surprises, as we gently embrace the full spectrum of our hearts. Together. One step at a time, we can all be like a phoenix and rise from suffering into serenity.

    We meet at new moons.
If you can't come to a meeting, you'll still be included.
We are beyond the limits of space and time.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.

"When enough people move together in a common pulse with a common purpose, an amazing force takes over - a power that can renew, inspire, teach, create and heal. The body is living art. Your movement through space and time is art. A painter has brushes. You have your body." ~ Anna Halprin

"Hiding is a way of staying alive. Hiding is a way of holding ourselves until we are ready to come into the light. Even hiding the truth from ourselves can be a way to come to what we need in our own necessary time. Hiding is one of the brilliant and virtuoso practices of almost every part of the natural world: the protective quiet of an icy northern landscape, the held bud of a future summer rose, the snow bound internal pulse of the hibernating bear.

Hiding is underestimated. We are hidden by life in our mother’s womb until we grow and ready ourselves for our first appearance in the lighted world; to appear too early in that world is to find ourselves with the immediate necessity for outside intensive care.

Hiding done properly is the internal faithful promise for a proper future emergence, as embryos, as children or even as emerging adults in retreat from the names that have caught us and imprisoned us, often in ways where we have been too easily seen and too easily named.

We live in a time of the dissected soul, the immediate disclosure; our thoughts, imaginings and longings exposed to the light too much, too early and too often, our best qualities squeezed too soon into a world already awash with too easily articulated ideas that oppress our sense of self and our sense of others. What is real is almost always to begin with, hidden, and does not want to be understood by the part of our mind that mistakenly thinks it knows what is happening. What is precious inside us does not care to be known by the mind in ways that diminish its presence.
Hiding is an act of freedom from the misunderstanding of others, especially in the enclosing world of oppressive secret government and private entities, attempting to name us, to anticipate us, to leave us with no place to hide and grow in ways unmanaged by a creeping necessity for absolute naming, absolute tracking and absolute control. Hiding is a bid for independence, from others, from mistaken ideas we have about our selves, from an oppressive and mistaken wish to keep us completely safe, completely ministered to, and therefore completely managed.

Hiding is creative, necessary and beautifully subversive of outside interference and control. Hiding leaves life to itself, to become more of itself. Hiding is the radical independence necessary for our emergence into the light of a proper human future." ~ David Whyte

"Remember, we are all affecting the world every moment, whether we mean to or not. Our actions and states of mind matter, because we're so deeply interconnected with one another. Working on our own consciousness is the most important thing that we are doing at any moment, and being love is the supreme creative act." ~ Ram Dass

"When you sit with a friend in pain,
    when their world no longer makes sense;
    when confusion rages and
no rest is to be found.
    Just for a moment,
    will you resist the temptation
    to make things better,
    to reassure them,
    to provide answers,
    even to heal them?
Will you offer your stillness, your listening,
    your presence, and the warmth
    of your immediacy?
Will you hold them in your heart,
    with the same tenderness
of a mother holding her little one?
Will you embrace them where they are,
without needing them to change or transform
according to your own needs and schedule?
    Will you stay close,
    holding your own impatience
    and discomfort near?
Will you look into their eyes
    and see yourself?
Will you stay in the inferno of healing
    with them, trusting in disintegration,
knowing that you are only witnessing
the falling away of an old dream?
    Sometimes in doing nothing
    everything is undone,
and love is revealed to be
the only true medicine. " ~ Matt Licata and Jeff Foster

"Nature loves courage. You make the commitment and Nature will respond to that commitment by removing impossible obstacles. Dream the impossible dream and the world will not grind you under, it will lift you up. This is the trick. This is what all these teachers and philosophers who really counted, who really touched the alchemical gold, this is what they understood. This is the shamanic dance in the waterfall. This is how magic is done. By hurling yourself into the abyss and discovering it's a feather bed." ~ Terence McKenna

    "I believe in vulnerability,

    In true connection.

    I also believe in boundaries,

    In withholding.

    The opening and closing.

The pulling back and going forth.

    The natural rhythm.

You do not have to express everything to everyone.

You do not have to give all details.

You do not have to be an open book.

Walk the tender line between raw sharing and mystery.

    Master your intuition.

    Build your containers.

Practice graceful discernment." ~ Victoria Erickson

Before experiencing Resonance Repatterning and Trance Dance with Eagle's Wing in 2000, my inner compass was set to terror, rage, grief, self hatred, shame and worthlessness. Life felt pointless with the odd moment of relief. Now it’s the opposite and however challenging my outer circumstances are, I have a deep appreciation for being alive, and I’ve almost forgotten how desperate I used to feel. Within the space of a year I changed from being too shy to speak or make eye contact without alcohol, to singing on a trapeze at Circomedia and exploring plant medicines in Peru.

To put it simply, I just feel better. Better than I thought possible. As it is for so many of us, my life began with trauma. I was taken from my mother immediately after birth. I spent most of the first two months of my life alone. I was adopted and then experienced years of violence on all levels. When I was at my most helpless I felt severely let down. I didn’t know what it was like to feel relaxed, held by life or welcomed. I had received a clear message that I was unloveable and was here to be punished. I moulded myself to be liked by others because it felt like a matter of life and death. When I was a baby and a young child, it was. Mostly that meant keeping quiet, making myself as small and invisible as possible. I used to numb myself with a whole array of addictions. Our early experiences, especially the first two months of life and certainly the first seven years set the scene and the patterns formed then keep on repeating, for better or worse, unless we choose to interrupt them.

I’ve gradually switched my focus to self acceptance and self love. Some people like me, some don’t, either way I’m ok, it’s no longer a matter of survival. I survived. You survived too if you’re reading this. These ways of being kept us alive and are now simply outdated. Now we are free to create a sense of safety so we can welcome back younger parts of ourselves that shut down or split off. We’re now free to be who we are at our core and to do what truly makes our hearts sing. Because I resonated with these patterns, that is what I experienced. Even when I met people who did love me, I wasn’t able to receive the love. I know now how treasured by life I am, how much we all are and it feels wonderful. I now have an inner mother and father who nurture my child aspect, and it finally feels safe enough to land in my body.

What has made the difference is the support to be with pain and discomfort, to access the courage to breathe, feel and move with emotions as they naturally integrate; along with lots of shaking to let go of trauma stored in the body. The first year or so was intense transformation then it became more gradual, with lots of stops and starts until I finally decided to trust life. It wasn’t a linear process. More like a spiral.

Viktor Frankl, an Auschwitz survivor, used to ask the people he worked with why they hadn’t killed themselves. He wanted to discover what they were most passionate about, what mattered enough to them to keep them alive and to encourage them to focus on that. I used to want to be dead but a deeply buried part of me was curious enough to stick around and I’m so glad I did. To be taking steps, however tiny, towards creating a dream brings such fulfilment. Are you curious about why you’re here and what you have to give? Everyone has a part to play and we’re all equally important. Imagine being free of the need to cover up the pain of self rejection. Addictive patterns and behaviours are an attempt to fill the emptiness that a disconnection from your heart and your wild Nature causes. You can choose to reconnect.

You can’t change the past, but you can change the impact of the past in your present. You can bring health to every area of your life. It’s possible for you to feel better and more alive than you can probably even imagine right now. It’s entirely possible to change how your brain responds to stress and relax naturally, free of addictions. You can repattern the part of your brain that makes you crave things you know aren’t good for you and to find healthier ways to get a natural high. It’s even possible to repattern your experience from as early as being in the womb. Some really simple ways are being out in full spectrum light, walking barefoot on the earth, eating more raw plant foods, listening to music, dancing, connecting your breath with your movement and using your voice in a group. It can be great fun to be part of a group and there’s no need to worry about what others think of you as they’re probably too busy worrying about what you think of them.

    With love,

    Tabitha.

    “Giving yourself is a miracle.
Your care and energy are gifts that change the world.
    The dreams that you share
Are the soil out of which anything can happen.
And together, with full hearts and willing hands
We can weave a future that looks back smiling,
Reminding us about who we chose to become.” ~ Clare Dubois (founder of TreeSisters)

I offer a unique synthesis that works like magic to support you to make the changes you want to see in your own life and in the world. It reveals to you that you are love and you can choose to gradually welcome all of who you are to move, breathe and keep spiralling up during these unpredictable times. It brings more joy, freedom, ease and the awareness that there is always hope, however challenging the current circumstances. Extraordinary change is possible and can even be fun.

    I am studying Arabic Flamenco.

I trained to teach Movement Medicine.

Here is a PDF of my graduation project.

I began sharing Resonance Repatterning in 2000.

"I have just had yet again a wonderful session with wonderful Tabitha.

    Truly full of wonder!

I love to work with Tabitha because there is always joy and laughter involved as much as taking whatever issue arises seriously.

Sometimes there is a total surprise regarding the issue we are addressing in the session and sometimes it could be that I might have been working on a different or various levels already with an already identified problem and I am still just having difficulties fully integrating- with Resonance Repatterning I always miraculously end up resonating with the positive stuff.

Now if that is not wonderful, I don't know what is!

Deep gratitude and hummingbirds laughter of joy!" ~ Johanna Salm-Stromeyer

    "Tabitha brings both warmth and

    professionalism to the sessions.

They are all good fun in one way or another and

the results have never disappointed me.

I have come to see Resonance Repatterning as an

extraordinary, and utterly painless method to turn

one's emotional state round for the better.

In my own experience, it can bring one from the

depths of discomfort back into peace, joy and good humour

simply through going along with a few surprising exercises

    that are specific according

to the situation to be dealt with.

    In my experience

all it usually requires from me as a receiver of

the treatment is a sense of playfulness.

    We usually hear

''no pain, no gain'', but this generous

    modality is pure giving.

    This might sound

unbelievable but I have found this to be absolutely

    true." ~ Benedict Goldsmith

Listen through your body. Go at your own pace. Make sure you have a clear space in which to move. When you join any events or one to ones I offer, you are entirely responsible for your own health and wellbeing. I am simply a guide.

I'm offering my services in the spirit of reciprocity, based on what you can truly afford to give. I trust your integrity. All I receive, beyond my essential living costs, contributes to regeneration.

Here is a link to my oasis crowdfund. Share it and make a contribution if you feel inspired. Thank you. Los sueños se hacen realidad si tomas acción.

  • where?

This has been a long time coming; it is certainly not an overnight success story. I have been holding this vision and its evolution for over twenty years. It came to me in answer to my question, when I was on the brink of suicide, what would it take to make me stay. This answer has sustained me through some bleak times and I never gave up hope that one day I would see it happen.

My idea of paradise is for us all to live freely and for creativity to be encouraged. They say we teach what we need to learn, and the best way to learn is to let our creations lead us. It is a lifelong commitment to trust the simple voice of my heart, and to keep taking steps towards bringing this dream of true abundance into form.

My intention is to nurture regeneration in the desert of Almería. It is a place of wild, natural beauty, where we can create a luscious garden and venue for music and dance. The essence of this vision is oneness; the awareness of our interconnection, the joy of sharing our uniqueness, and the celebration of creating something beautiful that benefits the whole. The taking part is what brings fulfilment, and as we care for the land, we ourselves are nourished. Everything is recycled so there is zero waste.

I am now simply opening to receive all I need, as I give all I can. My essential needs for shelter, water, food, connection, and to make a contribution, will gradually be met through this project. All those who come and take part will also receive these essentials. Specific materials, tools and willing hands are needed, to be part of its creation and ongoing evolution. You are warmly invited to get in touch and offer what you feel inspired to. It might be a skill, an idea, money or something material. Everyone's contribution is equally welcomed, respected and appreciated. This is based on the principle of reciprocity. Here are some images of this wonderful land.

“Only those who truly love and who are truly strong can sustain their lives as a dream. You dwell in your own enchantment. Life throws stones at you, but your love and your dream change those stones into the flowers of discovery. Even if you lose, or are defeated by things, your triumph will always be exemplary. And if no one knows it, then there are places that do. People like you enrich the dreams of the worlds, and it is dreams that create history. People like you are unknowing transformers of things, protected by your own fairy-tale, by love.” ~ Ben Okri
